Dig into your habits and get curious. It’s time to get to the root of your health issues and that starts with you getting up close and personal with your body, your habits, and the things that are not supporting your wellbeing.

Identify your biggest barriers to better health.  Now that we know what’s in the way of you feeling well, we can start making changes to your diet, lifestyle, skincare products and more. This is where we start the detoxification process.

Refresh your self-care and movement routine. It’s time to find a form of movement that brings you joy so you can soak up all the benefits of exercise. FYI: Gardening is great for this!

T

Transform your thoughts so you can transform your habits and clean up your life. Your mindset informs your behavior, and your behavior informs your reality. Sow the seeds for healthier thoughts to dramatically increase your sense of wellbeing.

HOW IT WORKS

Personalized private coaching includes:

  • Three month coaching package
  • 2 virtual coaching sessions per month (50 minutes each)
  • Goal setting while integrating the D.I.R.T.Y methodology into your lifestyle
  • Guidance around implementing an anti-inflammatory diet
  • Provide recipes, cooking and nutrition tips
  • Support and insight to find alternate paths to healing
  • Email access between sessions  

Investment: $900, or 3 monthly payments of $300
